How to Access Home Care

The St. John Home Care Intake Department is the front door to obtaining information for health care services provided in the home. Intake is available to answer your questions, assist you with qualifications for admission, and determine insurance coverage for services in the home.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We also have a nurse on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week.Our service area includes most of Wayne, Oakland, Macomb St. Clair, Livingston, and Washtenaw counties.
